Quality and Integrity

ELEVATE is at the forefront of driving integrity and quality within the industry. It underpins everything we do and everything we stand for. 

We deliver professional opinions and advice, we assess compliance, and we use this knowledge as the basis for recommending improvements that benefit our customers and workers.  

 

If we do not uphold integrity, we hurt the industry and workers, as well as our reputation. This is so fundamental to ELEVATE’s mission that we committed to building a more professional and accountable industry. We're doing this as a founding member of the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA). 

 

ELEVATE believes the best way to ensure consistent quality of our services is active management oversight that includes hiring quality staff members, training, continuous education and detailed review of each report.

 

Specifically in the area of report writing, ELEVATE administers the following:

 

  • Auditor training and reference materials specifically covering report writing
  • Document control process to ensure the most recent document revisions are being used consistently
  • Client specific instructions and example reports
  • 100% local quality control/report review process
  • 100% percent non-local quality control/report view process for new programs until a consistent level of reporting is established
  • Periodic review of the final reports with the client to ensure we understand the client's requirements and we are executing to the client's expectations.

It is important to me that we clearly communicate to you the details of ELEVATE's Integrity Program. Integrity is at the core of everything we do. Maintaining the integrity of our practices, our data, and our delivery of information to clients is what differentiates us. Integrity is not simply a set of written procedures that we refer to when issues arise. We actively monitor, discuss and educate ourselves and the industry as the challenges arise. 

Our approach requires us to maintain an open and honest dialogue with our clients – about our own internal challenges, the realities of transparency, and the true root causes of integrity-related risks. As our partner, we look forward to sharing with you our experience and knowledge.
