Position Description:

Our mission is to help companies implement supplier performance programs that achieve the responsible balance between doing good business and meeting supplier responsibility requirements.

We work with retailers, brands, suppliers, and factories across a wide range of industries around the world, with particular expertise in electronics, apparel, footwear and hardlines.

ELEVATE is seeking a junior associate to support its eLearning activities. This position is located in Shanghai and the successful candidate will report to the eLearning Associate and eLearning Manager. The primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide email & phone support to existing eLearning users
  • Generate and provide monthly and ad-hoc eLearning reports using Excel and PowerPoint to clients and the company
  • Manage eLearning accounts in the system, including account creation and data cleanup
  • Assist in eLearning program implementation, including system setup and course assignment
  • Liaise with system service provider to resolve issues and test new features
  • Assist in the development of course takeaways

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in social sciences, international studies, CSR, HR, pedagogy, or related fields
  • Professional experience with training, learning and corporate social responsibility issues desired
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese
  • Detail orientated, proactive, passionate and ambitious
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of office software – PPT, Word, Excel
